Is SKY-keymaster for URC-9910 is also available somewhere

Can u please tell me the complete URL for sky upgrades

I am sahilmakkar very new to JP1.
M configuring SKY remote for our settop box, m getting only data( no toggle bit, no deviceid)
So m trying to get it using ir.exe(JP1)
trying to get codes by using a universal remote(one for all),
M trying to learn codes for RC6-6-20 remote(SKY), but m not ...
