Thank you very much Tommy for the schematic. I compared it to my unit and it seems to match very closely. I lifted C16-C18, C24, and C27 to measure them. The values I measured with a Fluke Multimeter were:
C16, C17 and C18 all 0.22nF
C24 = 47nF
C27 = 1nF
