Better to convert the learns to function codes and delete the original learns.
Can you provide a url with instructions on the conversion. I did a search on "convert learns" with jp1 and only found:

How does one copy the learns from one remote to another? Seems that I'm losing them when I try to migrate the individual device definitions.

I'd rather not re-learn all of those custom key presses if I can help it.

Hi, I'm trying to migrate my configuration from a Nevo C2 to the ARRX18g XSight 18.

I'm using the RemoteMaster v2.03 build 10. When I try to edit the devices to change remotes, I only get the Nevo C2 in the pull-down.

Looks like the RDF and Images folders have the RDF's and Maps.

They make the macro perform the action of pressing the button concerned, e.g. the Devices or Activities button. Unfortunately it appears that the remote does not respond to these buttons sent from within a macro. Thank you, pity about that :)

Tried reloading many files. Was still locked.

But looks like I got lucky, I found a reference to holding power,1 and 3 down while inserting the batteries. That has brought it back to life!

Help! My newly ebay'd Nevo C2 has hit a hard lock on the home screen.

It still communicates via usb and can send and receive configurations.

Is there a way to force a full reset?

Another wrinkle, it appears that the Activity Group Assignments do move, along with the name, it's only the Activity Macro portion that disassociates and stays put in it's previous slot.
I will look into this, but am busy with other things at the moment so am not sure when it will be.

Hi. Good ol' Comcast gave my mom a cisco rng 100 STP in exchange for removing many of her channels. The 990 setup code confirms that the rng uses 01982 as 3FG suspected.

Any advice on how to get this code into her showstopper? If not, any suggestions on what STB I could get Comcast to exchange it ...
