I am experiencing the same problem. IR 5.15 doesn't recognize my remote (RS 15-2116) in my PC running Win XP Pro SP2.
I checked that the program is set to LPT1, that my accout has adminstrative rights and tried to add transmission delays. Nothing worked!

RS-2116Ex3 and toadtog
I recently installed a DishNetwork DVR-522. Since I can't find discrete codes for power on and off, I decided to try my luck at using toadtog in some of the macros I'm using to control my various devices.

Let me make sure I understand what you're saying. The univerisal remote communicates with the base unit via RF. The base unit then communicates with the devices (TV, DVR, etc.) via IR?
Thanks,

Dish Network DVR 522 remote 2
I had Dish Network and a DVR 522 receiver installed a few days ago. The second remote (RF) works great for controlling both my TV and the receiver; however, it's missing one "critical" feature - no sleep button. To make matters worse, the sleep timer isn't available through a menu either.

Override VPT
On my RS 2116, I have VPT set to my Sony home theater system. Because of the way my antenna and SAT are configured, I need to use the TV speakers when I'm using the antenna. Is there some way I can override VPT so I can use the remote to control the TV speaker volume when using the antenna?
