All learned buttons for Captive Works CW4000 Sat Receiver/Media Center except CH-. For reasons unknown my URC10820 dumped out of learn mode as soon as I pressed CH-. Several times.
Actual CW button name is in the notes section.

The learning memory may be full. If you want to learn that "missing key" you can try deleting some (or all) of the learned signals from the remote.
You could also try learning to a different button, if there's some strange behaviour going on with that button...

I just added another tab that has the binary re-arranged a bit.
Any progress?

My CaptiveWorks CW4000 came back from repair still broken so I have not checked in lately. Boasting just a little --
I fixed it. Bad PS.
I have learned a little bit in the process. The CW4000 - and possibly others - is a remote for the Linux program "VDR". The CW4000 IR receiver board uses some proprietary chip which -- should it fail -- disables the receiver's ability to decode .h264/MPEG. This IR board plugs into a USB socket on the PC motherboard. This may also be an LIRC (Linux Infrared RC) code.

The whole point of this lengthy dissertation is to ask if Vicky or Rob has had any luck creating the codes for a URC-10820.
Thanks for all your efforts.
