I generated one code for each codeset above, so you could try that one right away. Or, if you'd like a different code generated, just let me know and I'll post it.

It's possible that we may need to reverse the bits before generating the code, so let me know if the posted code works.

Hi,
First let me thank all of you for your help. The original codes were taken from a pronto 9600 file that was used for another project a couple of years ago on a 4x4 matrix from the same manufacturer. I found out today that the codes were learned - the remote had dedicated buttons for each source/output combination so they may indeed not work for the 8x8 which requires 2 button pushes 1 for source then 1 for output. I will try them tomorrow and see how I get on.

thanks

Well, the codes in the PDF imply that only one remote signal is needed, even if it requires 2 buttons on the original remote to be pressed simulataneously to generate it.

If the codes that I posted don't work, I just took a closer look at the PDF that Vicky posted. That also has a grid with a bunch of hex codes that can be converted to decimal to get the OBC (function code).

The first one is Output 1/Input 1 (hex 0x80) which is OBC 128. The given pronto hex is:

0000 006f 0000 0022 0151 00a7 0015 0015 0015 0015 0015 0015 0015 0015 0015 0015 0015 0015 0015 0015 0015 0015 0015 003f 0015 003f 0015 003f 0015 003f 0015 003f 0015 003f 0015 003f 0015 003f 0015 0015 0015 0015 0015 0015 0015 0015 0015 0015 0015 0015 0015 0015 0015 003f 0015 003f 0015 003f 0015 003f 0015 003f 0015 003f 0015 003f 0015 003f 0015 0015 0016 05d5

Hi all,
I have just received an email via the manufacturer in Taiwan with the discrete codes. Using irMaster and decoding they are NEC2 dev=18 sub=33.
I will be going to site this afternoon to test them.

Thanks for all your help.

P.S. I have a file with all the discrete codes which I can drop into my dropbox if of use for anyone else in the future.

Let me know

Thanks John. Just FYI, we always prefer that files be loaded here in our file section, as the chances are much better that the file will still be there in the future when someone else reads this thread.

I just copied the file over:
