My guess is that you missed an important part of the discussion. The upgrade you loaded was set to Sat 2. Change the raw fixed data in KM to C3 (not D3) to set it to Sat 1 that, IIUC, is the default setting.
If that doesn't work, learn the power toggle from the OEM remote and post that ir file.
