URC 8910 FROZE UP

I WAS USING MY URC 8910 Turning off my Bluray player and switching over to TV and it froze up.So I pulled a battery and it came back with whole display showing and inoperable .Any way to fix this.

Pull the battery again, keep it out for a minute or two and press some buttons while it is out.
If it comes back OK but you want to do a master reset to be certain, do this:
* Press and hold SETUP until screen reads "CODE SET"
* Press RECORD
* Follow the prompts
Are you still able to read the remote using RMIR?

I put the battery back in and was able to do a reset .Setup /Rec button /MFG reset and than upload IR config file.Thanks again for saving our bacon Robman.
