JP1 Remotes

I would like to create a bin for my T-home receiver (Germany) to play over my Sling Cather via a slingbox Pro. In IR15 the learned IR’s from the T-home remote are phase encoded. I’m using a URC 8910-B02 and have no problem learning the T-home IR’s to this remote but I need help decrypting the phase encoded signals. Please help. The T-home receiver is fairly new here in Germany and works via the internet (RJ-45 directly to my router, if that helps).
