JP1 Remotes

I must be missing something here, but I'm trying to program the URC-8820N for the Comcast cable/DVR, a Motorola 6413. Under CODES, it does not list Motorola at all. I called the One-For-All customer service, and the guy I talked to was clueless, said none of the Universal remotes could be programmed for the Motorola/Comcast DVR!! I seriously doubt that! Help!

The comcast cable codes in the 10820N/series.

Cbl/1982 (this code is only in the 10820N series, not the 10820 B00 series)

One or more of these may give you control. If none of these work, then a code search might yield the answer.

Thanks. I was looking in the DVR section of Codes, not Cable. And, of course, the idiot CSR at Universal was no help.
