JP1 Remotes

Hi,

I have been using the 8910 for a few weeks and all was fine. Today i went and tinkered with an upgrade and uploaded it to the remote. After that, the backlight now stays on (and i have the light turned off). It is about 1/2 the level of the real backlight, but unacceptable nonetheless.

Anyone have any ideas why an upload from JP1 would cause this, and then being unable to get rid of it (resetting and uploading a prior setup, etc). Really desperate here. Thanks

ok, now the thing totally died. no buttons work at all. looks like headed for the can..,.

If it's really trashed, can I have it? I can use it for parts.
