Looking for Codes For Chiro & Lexicon-8910

I a real newbie.
I would appreciate if anyone has the codes for a Chiro C-800 Preamp and a Lexicon DC-1 v3. I saw the Lexicon info on a spread sheet, but I cant find the codes.
