Samsung DSR9500 satellite receiver

i have dsr9500 reciver from samsung. i want to decode the ir remote controller of it with infrared decder ics.i need the ir protocol of samsung.
There is a device upgrade for a Samsung SR-9500 here
It uses the NEC1 IR protocol described here It uses device (or "Address Code") decimal= 21. The bits are transmitted backward or LSB first.
If you download our tools (RM or KM) you can open the device upgrade and obtain the OBC or "DataCode" for each command.
