Westinghouse W33001 TV codes

I am trying to find some information on a setup code for the Westinghouse W33001 TV. My friend has this TV and has the Comcast silver remote (jp1.1). I had him try 0154, 0179, 0451, and 0463 and none of them worked.
I think, since he just got a TiVo and that remote doesn't control his TV either, that I have him convinced to go with the 6131. I will be able to put the EEPROM and header and jumper in for him, but do not know what setup code to use. I can't find an upgrade to load, so did some searching on RC for something I could use.
The only thing I came up with was an mxf file, which I understand can not be converted to something we can use with ueic remotes. So before I go the route of trying to learn all of the signals on his remote with my 2117, my question is does anyone have any information that I may have missed regarding this TV? Thanks.
