Latest version of Extinstall.exe?

Uhh... I'm at a new location trying to program an 8910 for a relative, and while downloading the tools have noticed that EXTINSTALL.EXE is nowhere to be found in the hi-fi remote file section. Is the latest version of this program the 30Mar2003 version over at Yahoo?
