Editing factory upgrade with KeyMaster?

I have a URC-8910 that was just downloaded with a factory upgrade. Connecting via IR allows me to suck everything down and I can see the "raw" upgrade in the devices area (VidAcc 1757). But I would like to add some additional keycodes and move some keys around -- stuff that (I believe) Keymap-master (KM) is set up to handle. I read up about how to get KM stuff over to IR (although I haven't tried it) but I didn't really see anything about taking stuff from IR over to KM. Pointers for a newbie anyone?

Try RM. You can import that "raw" upgrade into RM.

What you cannot do, however, is identify what functions correspond to the codes you have extracted, only what buttons they are assigned to, short of actually testing them.

And before you ask, there is no corresponding procedure for KM, other than doing the extraction to RM, and then manually transferring the data you see in RM into a KM file.

Asked and answered (and quickly I might add... ). Time to download RM!

Before you go the raw upgrade route, what is the device that the upgrade controls? Have you checked the file section to see if we already have a KM or RM file for that device? When you look at the upgrade in IR, what does it show for the protocol id and the fixed data?
