IRRF7243 and Home:1167 Device fail to control X10 units

Hello,
I have upgraded my URC-8910 with Home:1167 device and installed IRRF7243(European equivalent of IR543).
But only All Light On and All Off are working. They work with House Code A, M and P setup on IRRF7243.
Unit 1, 2 and 3 On/Off are not working with House code A, M and P setup on IRRF7243.
Any idea what is wrong?
