Possible to get Slingbox and Relook 400s to work properly?

1. Device: Relook 400s
2. Type of device: Satellite tuner (with functions like on the dreambox)
3. Year: It's still available on the market, fairly new.
4. JP1/UEI Remote model: Slingbox
5. Do you have a JP1 cable? No
6. Still have original remote? Kind of
7. Checked the file section? Yes
8. Checked Pronto file section (at R/C)? Yes
9. Partially working setup code? No
10. Learning remote question? n/a
I've tried these two:

https://www.hifi-remote.com/forums/dload ... le_id=4183
And also one for Relook 200s.
The first two for Relook work partly. Power button works and some more. Exit button does not work correctly, and neither does most of the other "special" keys.
The biggest problem however, is that every button is pressed 3 times. Hence, I cant choose correct channels as it goes up by 3 and 3 each time. If I press the "1" it'll go to channel "111".
I know a lot of people is requesting a good .bin for the slingbox that works properly with the Relook 400s. All my searching for it just returns threads with the request I'm doing now.
Any help for me?

I’m trying to get the files to the tuner RELOOK 422S to control it though the slingbox.
I have the remote control URC 8910 and cable JP1 to LPT.
After start the program IR.EXE and read the codes on some quantity (DEVICE) is 2 and others is 3 (PROTOC. STREAMZAP) what caused that after making the files in(REMOTE MASTER) to slinbox (PL and RV) the buttons work only from one group or the other. How to connect both quantity so they all work together , or is there any other option to make a file to the slinbox
Thank you

I have just loaded this device onto my Harmony Unoversal Remote and i see the same effect. The Protocol is always Streamzap, but the device is sometimes 2 (the number keys for example), and others have the Device as 3 (Ch+/Ch-).
I don't know of any way to incorporate that into a BIN file.
Sorry

I assume the slingboxes don't have a device combiner, so you'd need a special executor written to combine the two devices.

I see from the Notes in Remotemaster for the Streamzap protocol that it is a slightly re-worked RC-5 (extra bit?). Now that protocol supports multiple devices, so it is possible to apply the same tweak to the RC-5 Combo protocol ?

It looks like The_Robman did this about 2 years ago.
this thread
The thread says it won't open in RM, but RM has gone through some major revisions in the last 2 years, so hopefully it will work.
Edit it wouldn't open correctly at first. I resaved it in KM in EFC entry mode and now it looks like it can be opened in RM.

Give this a try. and see what it does. I haven't shot it at my widget, so I have no idea what the output looks like.

I think one of the revisions was to remove the Device Combiner Tab

I can't see it anywhere.

This wasn't a device combiner. It was a combo code.
I can't figure out quite how it works, even in Excel when you can see a column. I did load the upgrade into my remote from RM and it does shoot the different devices. I'm sure if I inspected the MSB-Comp Hex, I could see where the device is stored, versus where the function is stored. In Excel you can see the OBC and Device, but I'm not sure how Rob got it in there.

After looking at this streamzap upgrade, I realize it was just a practice code and didn't have the Relook 400s codes in it. When I tried the 400s codes, its not shooting the OBC's that were entered. Looks like we are back to the drawing board here.

Pity, thanks for looking into though.

I looked at this again, now that the turkey and derby pie is out of my system. I put the two upgrades together using the hacked protocol that The_Robman wrote. Some functions like stop/pause/red/yellow/blue are listed with both device2 and device3 so I changed the second occurance to have the device# in the name so that the user can figure out which version they need.

I also edited my previous post to point to this one now that I understand what's going on.
