If this is not working because 15-1994 toadtog and Force arent compatible That would be my guess.
Sad but I kinda suspected this.
Being that the Force remote isn't really a mainstream JP1 remote, I'd suggest you look into getting another more widely supported JP1 remote, especially if you ...

Since I discovered this wonderful forum and shorty after received my USB cable I have been doing all kind of things with my remote that I didnt thing was possible. But.. Global punch through or bad rdf ?
I dont know if this (quite annoying) behavior is a "clever" feature in my Force remote (URC 39720 B00-05) or a bad rdf.
Thing is that a the MENU{Zoom} button have some kind of global punch through that I cant disable. If I put my JVC dvd recorder setup code on the TV Device Button everything is ok ...

I would like to make a macro that turns off all my appliances, so I need to simulate several discrete codes (for my JVC Harddisk Recorder, my Logitech Surround and my Grundig DTR, I have the discrete codes for my Sony tv and my Force sattellite reciever).
