I have a URC 6131 and I downloaded some wav files from One for All used to upgrade models that have this capability. My one doesn't have. How can I "translate" wav files in data for using with IR?

European codes for OfA
I've bought a One For All URC 6131 from Ebay, and it contains only codes for devices of Usa. As I have some european devices (TV, Sat rcv...) I've plugged a JP1 interface, the eeprom (6131 doesn't have it) and all works but... I don't have the codes for my REX TV SET, ITALTEL SAT RCV and PROTON ...

I'm trying to program a valid code for my european devices. How can I use the IR port of my Pc to "capture" data codes of original remotes (with Girder...?)
