Ok these is my problem i need to send over my hardware and winlirc some hex data, can someone write for me the .cf file?

these is the data and info, is for region free of panasonic bluray/dvd.

Info: There are a series of ten separate codes required for this hack. They each need to be output in numerical order with about a half a second gap between each command.

I don't know what a .cf file is, so I can't help you there, but just for any JP1 users that might find this thread in a search, we have an upgrade file that will do this region free hack for you.

To restore players factory region code
Enter, 6, 100+, Search Backwards, 00F2, Audio, 8, 9, Subtitle, 1

To set to a specific region code
Enter, 6, 100+, Search Backwards, 00F2, Audio, 8, region code (1-8), Subtitle, 1

To set to RCE proof region free
Enter, 6, 100+, Search Backwards, 00F2, Audio, 8, 1, Subtitle, 4
