If you have learned signals that don't get decoded when you look at them in IR.exe, post your file to the Diagnosis Area then post your question here (including a link to the file).

Hi

I've done a complete learn on this device from my Harmony but it is decoding as <unknown> in IRScope.

Be grateful for any help, ICT file is at https://www.hifi-remote.com/forums/dload ... e_id=11766

Sorry to be a pain, but it turns out the user had ignored my request to try other Custom Remotes and there is one that might work. So please don't spend any time on this yet.

Let's hope that the other file works, because unfortunately the learns aren't good--pretty much every possible duration of on or off is seen from 140uS up to 400uS or so. I wonder if these learns were done in the presence of another source of IR light, like plasma TV, or a radiator, or maybe a LED lamp? If a new file is needed, I'm afraid you'll have to re-learn the signals.

No, they were done as I always do them, in fact the IR Widget is permanently mounted on a curtain next to me :D

Could be that whoever did the original learn to the Harmony database didn't do a very good job, as they looked perfect to me, i.e. a single burst, no stuttering...
