There is a template for working in this forum that let's us help you much more efficiently. There are upgrades for the ilink 9800 and the roku3 in the file section but we don't have a clue on how to help you use them because we don't have the template information.
Are you trying to use this with a jp1 remote? Which model, do you have a cable?
