Remote control for my Slingbox

Hi,
I've an Slingbox HD-Pro from 2012 and I've just recently got a new multimedibox model ARRIS VIP 1103 and I can't any remotcontrol in Slingbox for this multmedibox ARRIS. Please help me to find one, the support at Slingbox advised me to this forum.
