where can i read more about SCAN/FAV Macros??

The generic Scan/Fav feature should be covered in your owner's manual.

Thanks Mark -- I mean for using with IR. I have been able to create multiple SCAN/FAV macros but can only get the first one to execute on the 9910 fav key. is the best i am going to be able to do?

I believe that IR just mimics the default behavior. When you say "multiple", I think the remote (unextended) will only recognize the first Scan/Fav Macro and ignore any others.
