Roku TV Channel Jump...?

We have a TCL Roku TV.

I have the channel numbers visible.
Inside Live TV, the EPG & the actual TV program, I can type in OTA channel numbers and 3-digit streaming channel numbers. Adding OK changes the channels a little faster.

But Roku has 4-digit streaming channels. Whenever I type in a 4-digit channel number, it is ignored and times out.
(This happens with the URC-3680 & the Charter URC-1060BC2)

Further, when I scroll to a 4-digit channel and go to a 3-digit channel, the PREVIOUS CHANNEL function still alternates between them.

Is there a way to make the TV accept a 4-digit channel selection?

Now, it is working. Maybe, the channel was momentarily unavailable...?
