Reinstalling ToadTog

I have an RS 15-2117 with Extender 2.

Initially when converting to the extender, I had to delete some of the special protocols to make enough room for my device upgrade. As I have fine-tuned it back in, I now have room again and wish to re-install the ToadTog protocol, but can't figure out how to do it.

I think the necessary data are somewhere in the 2116ex2.hex file, but am not smart enough to figure out what section to cut and paste.

Is there a standalone version of the RS 15-2117 Ext2 ToadTog device and protocol upgrade available somewhere?
