My 2117 suddenly started locking into "TV- Playback" after I programmed a new a macro which causes the IR light to stay on and locks the remote up with the message "Playback" on the lcd scrreen until I pull the battery.
I went over the macro's instructions and there are no mis-keyed commands.
The MAcro is pretty simple involving putting the TV into the right video input mode and the receiver into the right audio input mode.
In fact the same result now happens on my other macros that involve my TV key.
What is causing this?
Macro locks into 2117 into "PlaybacK"??

Fixed it but not sure how/why
The TV device was set to an 0166 code as this remote for a new room and TV was a modification of another room's which shared many but not all the same equipment .
One of the difference was in the TV. As the new room had a BenQ8700 projector there was no posted file for, I just learned in the few keys I need for marcos (on/off, input select, aspect ratio select) and stored them in the TV devices section. But, I never changed the TV device code from the previous room's configuration in IR, 0166, as I was only using learned keys.
I just changed the TV code to another random number (actually an old code I once used with a RCA, 0047), and now the problem has gone away.
