No response needed. This is a simple post of discrete codes that worked for my equipment using an RS 15-2116 also referred to as 150-2116. It may help somebody in the future.
Panasonic SA-XR 25 Receiver: AMP setup code = 0308. Discrete on = 022 and Discret off =026
Panasonic DVD-CP72: DVD setup code = 0632. Same Discrete on and off as above.
Panasonic PV-4458: VCR setup code = 0162. Discrete on = 016. Discrete off - no code found but can easily use the (Discrete on + Power (= 024)) to simulate discrete off.
Micromega Stage 3 (esoteric French CD player from the early 90s built on a Philips chassis): CD setup code = 0157. Discrete on = 016 (013 seems to work also but is also the number 7 key is used 2 times in a row). Discrete off - no code found but can easily use the (Discrete on + Power (= 044)) to simulate discrete off.
Sony TV 32" (model ?) - No surprises here. TV setup code = 0000. Discrete On = 113, Discrete Off = 109.
(I don't know how I got so much Panasonic equipment.)
(Special note for those simply looking for discrete codes. You can't simply press the Setup "P" button and enter the code. You need to find the right setup code for the device first and then test out the discrete codes by pressing "P" and the entering the 3 number discrete code you are testing.)
(Special heads up for those new to the 2116: the 2116 has 15 device types but only 8 device buttons. I may have passed over this fact in the 2116 manual but the steps for accessing all 15 device types are:
Press and hold the "P" key until the "Code Set" appears on LCD
Press the "Select" button
Press the /\ or \/ keys. This will circulate you through the 15 devices that are displayed in the LCD:
Amp, Rcvr, CD, Video, Satellite, Cable, DAT, Tape, Laser Disc, DVD, VCR, TV, Phono, Home, Misc.
I think you can then use Key Moves...)

Setup code Audio 0308 is the Panasonic IR Protocol, device 160.0. Using RemoteMaster, EFC 022 corresponds to OBC 62, and 026 corresponds to OBC 63 . Those match the discrete On/Off signals shown for the SA-XR25+ that we have in the upgrade file section.

Use IRMaster to generate other Pronto Hex, using Panaosonic D = 160, and F = 62 (On) or 63 (Off). For S, we've already tried 0, but 4 is a likely possibility. In fact, the Panasonic Audio Master File lists subdevice 4 for discrete on/off, contrary to the XR25+ upgrade.
