Hi,
I have just bought a 2nd hand lcd tv from ebay, and when it arrived the remote control was broke.
I have an All in 1 remote and would like to know if the 3 digit code is available for the new lcd tv I have bought.
OK, its a YPL 20.1" LCD TV model number 20GPNS. It is on the YPL website (www.yplypl.com) but no technical info on the remote control. And it is Taiwan. I did email their technical team 2 weeks ago, but have not had any reply.
Maybe this company uses common codes that match sony or phillips, i dont know.
Thanks for you help
Code needed for YPL 20.1" LCD TV model # 20GPNS

Thanks for the reply Mark,
Its a One for All model URC 2589.
Its probably over 6 years old.
The LCD TV is only 2 years old at its maximum, and its made by YPL technology co. LTD, in Taiwan.
I have searched the web for any distributors or retail outlets selling these items in the UK or Europe, but have had no luck finding any.
I have left a message on the YPL website asking for support, or even to purchase an original remote control directly from them, but have had no reply.
Can you suggest any URC or OFA that can do this tsak for me.
I have searched all the posts in the yahoo forum, but at no time does the manufacturer YPL show up on any list.
Thank you for your klind support.
Best regards, Anthony
