Dish Network Protocol in Device Combiner

Can I use the Dish Network protocol in a device combiner upgrade? I need a little more duration with my extended 6012w and thought duration control which I have used successfully in the past would be a good solution, particularly because it is so tunable. I tried to build an upgrade but it didn’t work. I suspect because of no unit code. Is there any way around this?

Problem resolved!

I got home and was preparing to upload my upgrade for you to evaluate when I noticed where the unit code is contained in the fixed data. I changed to reflect my unit and it works as expected.
