I don't have time for a careful look at the moment, but at first glance that looks like the standard NEC projector code set.

There are lots of CCF files available for that and I'm sure a few JP1 upgrade files (NEC1 protocol, device 4).

It's a lot easier to work from an existing JP1 upgrade or a CCF file rather than an LIRC file.

If I'm reading this right, once you create or find and RM upgrade for NEC1, device 4, the last two digits of each LIRC line are probably the hex cmd in RM's function sheet, so you can check existing functions to see if I'm on the right track and/or put in missing functions.

I'll help some more (much) later with the LIRC file if that advice doesn't solve it and if no one else helps.

To echo (and pile on) what John said, it's usually easier to ask for that which you really need - which in this case I suspect is NOT necessarily a translation of this particular LIRC file, but a RMDU file for a particular device. If you ask for THAT, you're more likely to get a faster useful response here. So if John is correct is his assumption, you would ask for a device upgrade for a particualr brand and model of projector, and you could possibly find it in the file section by yourself, or someone could help you find one here or over at remotecentral.

I'd recommend reading the number 1 code search FAQ (linked in my sig below) and see if that sticky post doesn't point you in some useful directions.
