That remote disappeared off the Walmart shelves ages ago.

I don't know which OFA models are at Walmart now. As we haven't been hearing about them, my guess is they don't have any, at least not any with JP1 capabilities.
As for a similar remote to the URC-8810, I still have a few (about 10) URC-8910 remotes left, which is a very compatible model.

Walmarts by me only carry the non-JP1 versions of the OFA remotes lately. Same with Big Lots. There was a guy on ebay selling refurbed JP1 and JP1.2 remotes really cheap, free shipping (to the USA) over the holidays. I picked up a couple URC8820's, three URC6131's, and a URC6011.
The 6xxx's all needed the EEPROMs, which I bought a lot of 25 of them from Digikey, and the 6011 also needed the jumper wire.
They all work fine, and the 8820's work fine with IR7b3 with a serial jp1.2 cable I bought from DIY.
The 8820 was $8, and the 6xxx's were either $5 or $6.
The guy's ebay name is AlanMaier.
