Is there any way to alter this extender to get an extra 30 to 40 bytes more key move/macro space. I have almost got my remote ideally programmed, but I need a little more space for keymoves.
The only alternative I can think of is starting from scratch and using multiple devices (using the facility of the extender to use different devices for shifted keys), but I dont relish doing that.
I consider myself as average regarding assembler programming (although I would have to read the data sheets for the S3 processor) so if it is possible any pointers in the right direction would be most welcome.
Dave.

If you've got 4 or more key moves defined to round out a particular device, you might be better off creating an upgrade (or add them to an existing one). Replacing 4 key moves will give you back a minimum of 20 bytes.daveoram wrote:...to get an extra 30 to 40 bytes more key move/macro space.
