RM 2.04.14 can't read Vulkano BIN file w/ builtin protocol

I noticed when working on the Vulkano Lava thread that RM 2.04.14 couldn't read in a file(Import Binary Upgrade https://www.hifi-remote.com/forums/dload ... e_id=14645) results in "isn't a supported binary file".

It can read it in but it can't seem to handle the built-in protocol in the upgrade. The offset to the protocol is non-zero in the header.
