iVE JUST UPGRADED A DEVICE, WHICH IS WORKING, VIA WAV FILE AND NOW MY URC990 LIGHT STAYS ON?
Any ideas? (sorry bout shouting)

Did that upgrade require both a device upgrade and a protocol upgrade, or just require a device upgrade?
The description sounds like some sort of error in the protocol upgrade.
Did you save a .ir file from IR.EXE with the eeprom state as it was when you created the .wav file? If so, upload it to the diagnosis folder and post its URL back here and we can check it for other obvious errors.
