Extender and/or Toadtog on 9960 B01

I've been looking around for some time now, and haven't been able to find any straight answers about my 9960B01.

Are there any extenders out there compatible with it? I would assume NO, since the folder in the files section is empty.

Is it possible to use Toadtog with it? That's really the only functionality I really want to add anyway, since most of my components do not have discrete codes.
