Pioneer Elite TV (730HDi) codes

My MX-500 remote died and the replacement needs to be setup but it's been years since I've programmed it and now I can't locate the discrete codes.

4. JP1/UEI Remote model: URC-8811
5. Do you have a JP1 cable? No
6. Still have original remote? Yes
7. Checked the file section? Yes
8. Checked Pronto file section (at R/C)? Yes
9. Partially working setup code? No
10. Learning remote question? No.

I'm looking for the Power On/Off and Inputs 1-6 codes.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I tried Randy's site and those are not working. The 8811 controls the TV with 0166 but none of the discreets are there (there are 204/208 for On/Off but they don't work).

Found a match and recorded the IR signals with the JP1 tools to create the respective files.
